A Warm Oasis Breezes into the Fox Valley and Green Bay

Radio 104.3FM The Breeze is home to a new interactive music program.

Appleton, Wis. — Sovereign City Communications, LLC announces that 104.3 The Breeze is its new flagship station and will begin carrying its premier show — Wendy Templeton in Your Oasis™ — on Monday, March 3, 2008 in the Monday-Sunday 7 p.m. to Midnight time slot. The show features a select mix of music spanning the spectrum of music formats — from country to pop, from rock to reggae. Listeners to the new show will hear songs they’ve probably heard many times before but with Wendy’s unique insight into the artists and their music, it will be like hearing them for the first time again.

Wendy’s show was successfully tested by Sovereign City for over a month on the former Lawrence University radio station. “Our test was very successful and we opened talks with Greg Bell and Dayton Kane, the Program Director at 104.3 The Breeze because we thought our program would be a perfect match for their listening audience,” said Joseph R. Giganti, Sovereign City president and COO. “During our test, the word spread from Oshkosh to Green Bay as people discovered our unique program and called in to talk with Wendy. To our surprise she even took a call from presidential candidate Mike Huckabee on St. Valentine’s Day to request a special song for his wife, Janet.”
